"You're going to get criticism, you expect it in the game. I've had it before and it is certainly justified if you're not getting the results. I believe that we should be doing better.
"I've had similar situations and it was the same when I came here - maybe worse. It's still not pleasant and no-one likes it. Everyone at the club wants success.
"No-one is accepting the results, but they are there and they've got to be dealt with. I understand that, no-one is happy with the results."
"We've had a distubance since the beginning of the season because the financial situation is really, really tough and we've not been able to do what we wanted to do. We had to sell players and then we had the injuries on top," he added.
"I keep saying I don't want to get into the injury problems but you can't ignore the fact that we've got 11 players who, for one reason or another, are not playing. It happens to every club, but it's happening more than I've ever known."
