Sutton: Gray Is Mr Leeds

Sutton says in the Nottingham Evening Post: "People who have come into the club in the last six to 12 months have found that the job is bigger than they might have thought.

"No one is going to come in with a magic wand and sort everything out.

"Whoever comes in needs time to restructure and get things right.

"We have to accept that a third of the season has now gone and we have to forget about it. We have got to move together and go forward.

"Eddie has a vast knowledge of the game and the club.

"He is Mr Leeds and will demand better performances, but we've demanded that the whole season.

"Eddie had a great rapport with the players when he was here the last time and has seen some of the boys right the way through. And, hopefully, will be able to get some decent results."
