Oxford Dismiss Burgess Link With Leeds

A national newspaper yesterday claimed Leeds had targeted 25-year-old Burgess, but that Oxford wanted £250k for him.

But U's boss Jim Smith said the story was "a load of b*******", largely because of the type of manager Wise is, the situation Leeds find themselves in near the foot of the Championship, and with the type of player Burgess is.
