Minute's Silence At Ipswich

Town chairman David Sheepshanks said: "This has been a perfectly miserable and ghastly week for the people of Ipswich and Suffolk as a whole.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims' families and friends. Major rewards are being offered for information leading to the conviction of the culprit(s), which we can only use our best efforts to support.

"It is most appropriate that we pause to reflect on the heinous events of the last two weeks before the Leeds game and the club will welcome the Bishop of Ipswich, the Rt Reverend Richard Lewis, who will say a prayer preceding a minute's silence before kick-off."
