"Kozacik is looking good to secure a deal at Leeds," his agent Pavel Zika said.
"I know Dennis from his time at Swindon. Now he's at Leeds he's asked me to get him a good goalkeeper with a view to getting the team into the Premiership as soon as possible.
"Of course the fee Slavia (Prague) are looking to release him for is important. If Kozacik impresses Leeds then the clubs will talk about that."
Kozacik made his international debut for Slovakia against the United Arab Emirates on Sunday.
