Jordan's Dreams

Last updated : 22 October 2003 By Kevin Markey

Unfortunately, due mainly to the rareness of this condition, it has been diagnosed very late, and has progressed so far that no treatment is possible, and bone marrow is not an option.

Sadly, as parents they have been told that it is not a matter of if, but when they will lose Jordan.

From the early onset, death may occur at any time within 1 to 10 years due to disease progression, Jordan first experienced the general symptoms about three years ago, therefore his parents Ashley & Sam now wish to enjoy what little time they have with him, and also to make his life as comfortable as possible.

The purpose of this campaign is to help make Jordan's dreams come true. So far funds have been raised for Jordan and his family to go to Disneyland Florida.

A keen footballer, Jordan is an avid Leeds & England fan.

So far there has been great response from a number of Premiership & Nationwide clubs.

Branches of the Leeds United Supporters clubs in Northern Ireland are holding fund raising evenings.
