The Leeds chairman will cut back on complimentary tickets for home matches.
He told supporters at a fans’ forum: "The free tickets are paid for by suckers like you who pay the full price. There will be changes because 950 complimentary tickets have been going out each week. That has to stop.
"The only people invited as guests will be those we feel can be of financial benefit to the club."
