Boothroyd Starts Mind Games Already

The Hornets made sure they made it to the final courtesy of a 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace on Tuesday, making them 3-0 aggregate winners overall.

Boothroyd will now come up against his former boss Kevin Blackwell and said: "Leeds will be the favourites. I know Kevin inside out, and it will be tough."

The match at Vicarage Road last night was pretty quiet until Boothroyd clashed with Palace defender Fitz Hall as he attempted to retrieve the ball for a throw in, prompting a mass confrontation involving players and staff from both teams.

Boothroyd was asked by the referee to go to the stands and he may now be banned from the touchline at the Millennium Stadium for the final.
