Long-serving employee recognised.
Leeds United are proud to announce that the winner of the Bobby Collins Award for 2023/24 is Annie Cochrane.
The Bobby Collins Award is given to a member of staff at Leeds United, to recognise their outstanding contribution to the football club.
Annie moved to Leeds from Kilbarchan in Scotland back in 1967. From that day, she has remained within the city and joined the club over 20 years ago, working here ever since!
She is a popular figure both on matchdays and non-matchdays at the club, looking after customers within our hospitality areas, whilst also offering her help and expertise to others to make it a memorable experience for all.
Annie, who was also recently a finalist at the 2023/24 EFL Awards in London for the Club Employee Award, is a real unsung hero behind-the-scenes at Elland Road.
As well as celebrating her thoroughly deserved award this evening, Annie also marked her 90th birthday on Friday 12th April!
Everyone at Leeds United recognises the outstanding effort and commitment Annie has made to the club and we are delighted to see her in attendance this evening to collect the Bobby Collins Award for 2023/24.
