Leeds goalkeeper James Trafford is set to start for England against Spain at Wembley.
The United stopper has previously started just twice for his country but is expected to be given the nod ahead of regular first choice Jordan Pickford.
Elsewhere, Bayer Leverkusen's Jarell Quansah is set to start at right back - ahead of Trent Alexander-Arnold - while Arsenal's Myles Lewis-Skelly and Manchester City's Nico O'Reilly are also expected to start.
Spain are the defending European and World champions and go into the Nations League match unbeaten in 38 matches.
