According to Spanish journalist German Munoz, Burnley are 'moving forward' with their bid to sign Largie Ramazani.
The El Chiringuito TV reporter adds hoever that Ramazani is 'still waiting for a last-minute call' from Valencia.
It seems though Ramazani might not get that call from the Spanish club before the transfer window shuts on Tuesday night. After spending last season on loan to the La Liga club, the Whites striker has been linked with a reunion with former Leeds coach Carlos Corberan in Spain.
The 25-year-old Belgian scored six goals in 31 appearances for Valencia last season but that does not appear to be enough for them to sign him before the deadline and now Burnley seem to be pressing ahead with a deal of their own.
