Rob Green Didn’t get near Mooy’s powerful finish but did pull off a fingertip save to deny Town a second goal. Not that it mattered. 6/10

Luke Ayling As he had been at Forest, Ayling was a weak spot which Huddersfield attacked as the game went on. Van La Parra’s pace was a nuisance. 5/10

Pontus Jansson It has to be said that United’s defence didn’t ship many chances and Jansson looked competitive. Produced numerous headers and clearances. 6/10

Kyle Bartley Again, the finger of blame can’t really be pointed at him. The real issues lay further up the pitch. 6/10

Charlie Taylor Solid enough and did his usual trick of bombing up the wing. But his pairing with Alex Mowatt was flawed. 6/10

Hadi Sacko The occasional trick and regular tracking-back did not compensate for a display in which the winger was fairly anonymous. 5/10

Liam Bridcutt Got stuck into a very fierce battle but there’s no denying that Town won the fight in the middle. 5/10

Kalvin Phillips The less said about his set-pieces the better. Monk needs to integrate Eunan O’Kane as soon as possible. 4/10

Alex Mowatt Extremely disappointing and didn’t get into the contest at all. It is, still, fairly well established that Mowatt rarely thrives on the left. 4/10

Marcus Antonsson Might have earned a penalty but his touch and movement wasn’t as sharp as it was at stages of last month. 5/10

Chris Wood Never an inconvenience for Town, with the exception of a late header which he miscued from 12-yards. 5/10

Subs: Souleymane Doukara (for Antonsson, 67) - A strange choice of substitute and the crowd didn’t like it. Made no impact. 5/10

Kemar Roofe (for Sacko, 76) - Leeds resorted to long balls late on and that wasn’t going to suit Roofe. 5/10

Subs (not used): Marco Silvestri, Lewie Coyle, Liam Cooper, Ronaldo Vieira, Pablo Hernandez.

Referee: Roger East (Wiltshire) - Not a sterling performance. Plenty of dubious decisions. 4/10

Attendance: 28,514

Huddersfield Town: Danny Ward - 6 Tommy Smith - 6 Mark Hudson - 7 Christopher Schindler - 8 Chris Lowe - 7 Jonathan Hogg - 7 Aaron Mooy - 9 Harry Bunn - 6 Jack Payne - 7 Rajiv van La Parra - 7 Elias Kachunga - 6

Substitutes:Nahki Wells (for Kachunga, 78) - 5 Kasey Palmer (for Payne, 80) - 5 Michael Hefele (for Bunn, 90) - 5
