He does not feel the sacking of Peter Reid will solve any of the problems.
"I have heard nothing in the last week that has told me the club has a strategy," said Wilkinson in The Mirror.
"Leeds's problems will not be put right overnight. What happens on the pitch in the next two or three weeks is not going to solve the problems either.
"They must have a plan to deal with this for the next two or three years."
