Why Didn't We Fix The Roof When It Was Sunny?

Let's face it, we were fortunate at Swindon to get a win and if not for the bungling efforts of Bournemouth's debutant 'keeper would probably have struggled last Saturday too.

The time was right to change the team last night whilst the going was good. Richardson would not have played at all at Swindon had Steve O'Halloran not injured himself during the warm-up.

So why use him at left-back at all when Andrew Hughes has stepped into that position quite successfully, if not ideally, earlier in the season? Frazer looks uncomfortable their and that's why we conceded such an awful first goal to Cheltenham.

The midfield is packed with four quality players, but they are all too similar. Neil Kilkenny, Bradley Johnson, Jonny Howson and David Prutton are all decent central midfielders. We need someone with width.

Seb Carole is not everyone's pint of mild but he had a good start to the season and surely we can use him again. After all, when coming on as a sub against Crewe he set up Tresor Kandol for the equaliser and has more assists than anyone in the squad.

Let's stop putting square pegs into round holes and get back to basics. There are ten games to go and plenty of points to play for.
