The Sheffield United boss had a £1.4m offer for Rob Hulse rejected by Leeds last month.
Kevin Blackwell would want more for his star striker and insists the player will only leave on his terms. Norwich had a £2m offer for Hulse turned down according to speculation.
However, Warnock says he will not wait around and says he will take his interest elsewhere if nothing can be agreed on Hulse.
"We're interested but I have other irons in the fire," Warnock said in the Daily Express.
