They have agreed an appearance-related fee with Leeds, for whom the striker made just two first-team outings.
Gary McAllister said on Leeds' official website: "Opportunities would have been limited for Tomi this season. I am looking to strengthen in terms of strikers and we have some young players coming through in that area as well. We wish Tomi all the best for the future."
