Three game ban for Viduka

The Australian international was sent off for violent conduct after allegedly elbowing Gills player-manager Andy Hessenthaler in the 1-1 draw last month.

Both Viduka and Leeds boss Terry Venables insisted he was innocent but the Football Association's Video Advisory Panel reviewed the incident and agreed with referee Neale Barry's decision.

Viduka will now miss Leeds' Premiership games against West Ham and Newcastle and the FA Cup clash with either Liverpool or Crystal Palace.
