The Whites cannot play Jermaine Pennant as part of his loan agreement with Arsenal, therefore Aaron Lennon could make his first start. Mark Viduka could be rested allowing Cyril Chapuis a chance up front. David Batty and Didier Domi could also play some part.

Skipper Dominic Matteo will not be risked ahead of the league game with Everton on Saturday.

Swindon Town will also be without at least three key players. Leeds' James Milner is already ruled out due to an agreement between the two teams.

Andy King also revealed after the draw with Barnsley on Saturday that Watford will not allow loanee Jerel Ifil to play for the same reason.

The Swindon boss will also take the opportunity to rest striker Tommy Mooney. In addition to the missing trio, Andy Gurney and Adie Viveash are injury doubts ahead of the trip to Yorkshire.

King said: "With all due respect to Leeds, I am more concerned about our next league game against Peterborough than a trip to Yorkshire.

"The cup is a dream and of course we will go there and give it everything.

"But the league is the more important competition for us. We are a decent side, we are doing well, and we want to continue our good form.

"That is why Tommy Mooney will not feature at Leeds and we will look closely at some of our other players.

"We have had some hard away games recently and we have to look at the bigger picture.

"Being successful in the Second Division this season is the priority."
