Team News For Tomorrow

The former Norwich City player switched from the centre of midfield to a defensive role in Leeds' 3-0 victory at Elland Road, and he will remain in position against Huddersfield Town tomorrow.

Dennis Wise has been looking for a reliable replacement for Jamie Clapham, who completed a three-month loan spell from Wolves last month, and youngster Ben Parker was given an opportunity at full-back during United's 1-0 defeat at Cheltenham.

But Hughes created Leeds' opening goal with a great run and cross to David Prutton, and Dennis Wise said: "He'll play anywhere for you. That's the type of fella he is. I had a good look at Ben and I don't think he's quite ready to play constantly. Hughes will go in there, give you enthusiasm and knowledge of the game, and he'll never let you down.

"At the moment he's going to play in the left-back slot. If I need Ben now and again, he'll come in and he won't let me down."
