Alan Smith has shaken off a leg injury and will join Mark Viduka in attack at Loftus Road.
Fulham were rocked by a major injury blow on Friday when captain Lee Clark collapsed in training with the calf injury which has sidelined him for much of last season.
The midfielder, an influential figure in The Cottagers season, keeled over and has been sent for scans.
Fulham boss Chris Coleman knows Clark is definitely out of today's clash and is now awaiting results on the severity of his injury.
But striker Facundo Sava is fit after his calf injury.
