Neil Kilkenny and Frazer Richardson are still doubtful with Gary McAllister mindful that his side face Nottingham Forest and Doncaster Rovers next week.
McAllister said: "Northampton are like most teams in this division, well organised and someone you have to respect. It is a league that is similar to the Championship in that we will have to win individual battles. And then hopefully go on and play."
