Roy Keane has admitted he would be willing to send the 21-year-old out on loan.
However, McAllister, who tried to sign the player last season, has no plans to make another move for Stokes.
"He was a player we enquired about last season and he didn't want to come here," McAllister told Leeds United's official website. "If players are reluctant to take an opportunity here, then it's not something we pursue, so that was the end of it as far as I am concerned."
