"We're taking everybody down," confirmed Blackwell in the Yorkshire Evening Post.
"The lads who aren't playing will be around and involved. It's been a real effort from everybody to get this far and I want everyone to be a part of it on Sunday."
Leeds are staying at a Midlands hotel tonight before making use of West Bromwich Albion's training facilities tomorrow morning.
They will then head off to the St David's Hotel in Cardiff ahead of their final showdown with Watford.
Blackwell confirmed: "I have the team fairly well finalised in my mind."
