The 29-year-old Nurnberg midfielder will take part in training this week.
Slovak is currently out of the first-team with the Bundesliga side but still has been recalled to the Slovakia squad.
He started his country's World Cup qualifiers against Luxembourg and Portugal back in June and joined Nurnberg from Czech team Slovan Liberec in January 2004, but has failed to establish himself under coach Wolfgang Wolf, making only 13 appearances last term.
