Healy suffered a problem in training last week and was passed fit to play against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday but then he had the same foot trodden on by QPR defender Danny Shittu and the pain got worse.
Nothing more than heavy bruising was diagnosed however and the 26-year-old Northern Ireland international took part in light training today.
Thw Whites top scorer is not available for Saturday's trip to Derby County after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season at Ipswich and, with it, an automatic one match suspension.
