Robbie Gets Keegan Vote

Fowler is under pressure after just three Man City goals in 28 Premiership appearances this year.

The striker is having the worst scoring sequence of his career.

He is still to break his top-flight duck at City’s new state-of-the-art stadium, but Keegan insists he has no plans to drop Fowler against Leeds next Monday.

Keegan said in The Sun: "I think everyone at our club, forget the people outside, have seen Robbie’s working very, very hard.

"At the moment, it’s just not falling for him. He might have scored two or three at Everton earlier this month and that would have been a fair reward.

"That’s football. But given a bit of luck, Robbie will score a fair few goals."

Since Leeds are supposedly still paying him £10k a week, hopefully he won't start a run of goals next week against us!
