The clubs have agreed on an initial one-year deal which will see York keep all gate receipts from the fixtures.
Last season Leeds second string played most of their reserve games at the South Leeds stadium.
Meanwhile the clubs will also play a pre-season friendly at the ground on August 1 to mark the partnership.
