Kandol joins Ian Westlake, Seb Carole, Seb Sorsa and Curtis Weston as the experienced players in an otherwise young squad.
The team kick off the mini tour tonight against Hereford based Pegasus Juniors before heading off to Newport County on Saturday.
Academy boss Neil Thompson says the emphasis will firmly be on fitness and is pleased with the blend of youth and experience.
"It's going to be a good fitness exercise for everyone," he said.
"Two games in three days is a big ask and it's a good test especially for the younger players.
"They will be good games for us and we have a nice mix of youth and experience which should work well.
