Reid: It's all about hard work now

Speaking after the 3-1 defeat to Liverpool, which leaves Leeds just five points clear of the third from bottom side Bolton, Reid said: "I think when you look at this squad they have underachieved and they underachieved at Anfield.

"I'm not one for points targets, I just want to win as many as I can. When you look at Leeds United now the players are still going to be short of what they should achieve.

"We gave the ball away so cheaply. That's nothing to do with pressure because these players are good enough to pass it properly, and they weren't good enough at it. We have got to get back to doing that.

"We have to have belief and pick the right pass. They are not playing to their potential. It's all about hard work now, there's no magic formula."
