The Sunday Times reports that Wolves and Sunderland have joined the chase to sign Beckford.

Leeds have already rejected a bid of £1.25m from Newcastle and have told their leading scorer he cannot leave until the price improves and they find a replacement.

Leeds have also turned down an offer of £300,000 plus Sam Vokes from Wolves.

Sunderland have inquired about Beckford as a replacement for Kenwyne Jones, a £11.5m target for Birmingham City.
