Opening Day High For League

Over 400,000 people attended the 36 matches played in the Coca-Cola Championship, League 1 and League 2.

The average attendance for the opening weekend was 11,223, an increase of more than 5% on last season.

The highest crowd was at Carrow Road where 25,355 people watched the 1-1 draw between Norwich and Coventry.
