O'Leary slams Kewell

Underfire - Harry Kewell
Speaking on the club's official website after the game, the Irishman said,"This wasn't Harry's best game by a mile. He's going through a difficult period and is not playing the way we know he can. It has got to come from him. It is just down to form. It has nothing to do with injury because injury-wise he is fine and I honestly don't know why the spark is not there.

"It was below the standard that Harry Kewell is capable of. We know what Ryan Giggs is capable of when he's firing on all cylinders and when Harry's flying, he makes a hell of a lot of difference on the left-hand side.

"Harry doesn't like any sympathy. He's an honest lad who knows when he's having a bad time himself. He's fine in training, but he's got to take it out onto the pitch."
