He was reportedly approached by Leeds in the summer and has also been linked with Chelsea and Tottenham.
"At the start of the season I refused some propositions and at the moment I have only succeeded in 80 per cent of my mission with Lyon," said Edmilson.
"The other 20 per cent will come if we win the Coupe de France and have a good run in the Champions League.
"Then I could aim to join a great European club. The best football is played in Spain but they probably have the best atmospheres in England."
