Not So Quiet After All

Despite Kevin Blackwell stating that there would not be much movement before today's transfer deadline, Deane left for Sunderland, Pressman for Coventry and Julian Joachim joined Walsall on loan.

Deane has joined Sunderland on a free transfer until the end of the season, whilst Pressman has joined Coventry City on a non-contract basis until the end of the season.

Joachim has joined League One side Walsall on loan until the end of the season.

With Ian Moore expected to finalise a deal before 5pm, also coming in is keeper Sasa Ilic.

Ilic is a direct replacement for Pressman, also arriving on a non-contract basis, and will provide cover for Neil Sullivan.
