No Complaints On Red Card

The Portuguese winger was sent off for violent conduct after a foul on Paul Scott three minutes before half-time in Leeds' 2-1 loss at Elland Road on Tuesday night.

Assistant boss Bassett said: "I'm told Filipe's tackle was dangerous so we can have no complaints about his dismissal. If you make that sort of challenge, you will get sent off."

Bassett added: "We started well and got the goal, but defended two corners poorly and they scored from both. We normally pride ourselves on defending set pieces.

"We had 19 efforts on their goal and they had five on ours. We dominated the second half, but Bury rode their luck, they are in the next round and good luck to them."
