Some reports today claimed that new Bantams boss Bryan Robson had targeted Bridges for a short-tern loan deal.
Eddie Gray has, however, made it clear he does not want any more first team players going out on loan and the ex-Sunderland man is still very much part of his immediate plans.
The 25-year-old has made seven appearances this season, starting just twice, but he has struggled to reach match fitness so far, following his return after almost two years out of the game through injury.
