Neville: Leeds Won't Go Down

The Whites were beaten for the fifth time in nine league games on Saturday and have some tough fixtures coming up in the next few weeks.

But Neville found 17-year-old winger James Milner a tricky opponent, and believes Peter Reid's side has too much quality to be down near the bottom for too long.

'Milner is quick and skilful and as a young player, I'm sure he'll be guided along the right way,' said Neville. 'Leeds have had stick over the years given their financial problems, but it's a ray of light for them to see young players like that coming through.

'I certainly don't think Leeds will go down. That's not being patronising because they've too many quality players, with the likes of Alan Smith, Mark Viduka and Milner.

'They've also lots of experience in players like David Batty, so I don't think they will have a problem.'
