Morris: Let's Get Intimidating Again

The former Chelsea midfielder says he has been impressed by the United supporters since his arrival at the club and is calling on them to make the stadium an intimidating place to visit, just like the old days.

Said Morris: "The supporters are great. They showed that in Dublin last weekend.

"It was a great turnout and they certainly outnumbered the Villa supporters.
"We need the fans to get behind us this season.

"If they are, they are cracking. They're so much better when they're behind you than against you.

"Hopefully we'll start well by all pulling together. It'd be great for teams to come to Elland Road and find it is an intimidating place.

"I'm really looking forward to tomorrow," said Morris.

"We've had another week to work on things and we're getting ready.
"I really can't wait for the game. A lot of the lads are like that. We've been talking about it for a couple of weeks now.

"A lot of teams in the Premiership would settle for a win on the opening day because it sets you up and gives you a bit of confidence. I think we need that.

"We're relishing going up against one of the big guns so early on. I'll certainly be ready if selected.

"There's a lot of quality players here. It's a squad game. If everyone pulls together in the right direction we'll do okay."
