The defender has been deputising for Paul Butler and Sean Gregan so far this season but is now wanting a regular place in order to establish himself at Leeds.

"Butts and Gregan have done well and they are both experienced players," Kilgallon told the Yorkshire Evening Post.

"But I want to be playing and I want to help Leeds up into the Premiership. I've just bought my own house and I've no plans on moving. We're talking about the contract situation and we'll see what happens."

Kilgallon's current contract expires at the end of this season.
