Glover, who arrives from West Ham United, will work closely with head coach Uwe Rosler and will be responsible for all aspects of the club’s scouting and recruitment.
Glover boasts a wealth of experience and expertise in his role, having spent four years at Upton Park and 13 years with Blackburn Rovers prior to that.
He becomes the latest addition behind the scenes at Elland Road, with club secretary Stuart Hayton also in place after arriving from Liverpool last week.
