Bridges last started a Premiership game in a 1-0 defeat at Fulham in December 2002.
Bridges has lifted United fans since his return from injury and he said: "I have been feeling really sharp in training and out on the park.
"I can't think of a harder set of games than we have coming up to test ourselves in."
