Martin, 18, was a deadline-day transfer from Scottish Premier League side Motherwell.
The 29-year-old Lucas, recently released by Barnsley after making three first-team appearances at Oakwell, spent two seasons at Sheffield Wednesday before leaving Hillsborough in May 2006
