The 30-year-old, signed by Dennis Wise in the summer, missed the early part of the campaign with an ankle injury but he managed a couple of goals for Leeds before breaking his arm, ironically while scoring against Oldham on New Year's Day.
Constantine scored his 2 goals for the Latics against Millwall and Huddersfield.
