The 18-year-old joins the club for an undisclosed fee and has signed a four-year deal, running until the summer of 2024.
Drameh was a regular for Fulham’s Under-23s side last season, making 17 Premier League 2 appearances.
He also featured three times for Fulham’s Under-21s side in the Football League Trophy during the 2019/20 campaign.
Drameh’s performances for Fulham’s youth sides also saw him win three caps for England at Under-18 level.
