Both players will join up with the club for pre-season training with an opportunity to work alongside United's first-team next month as Gary McAllister considers the possibility of adding the pair to his squad for the 2008-09 League One campaign.

Nemeth, signed by Liverpool from MTK Hungaria last summer, is a 19-year-old striker whose goals helped the Anfield club win the FA Premier Reserve League title last season and earned him a call-up to Hungary's international squad last month.

Nemeth's performances with Liverpool's second eleven has also alerted Rafael Benitez, but the prospect of first-team chances with Leeds may appeal more to the club's Spanish boss.

The forward scored nine times for the Anfield reserves during the 2007-08 campaign, guiding them to the top of Premier Reserve League North.

Leeds are also keen to look at Ajdarevic, an 18-year-old left-sided midfielder who was added to Liverpool's academy ranks 18 months ago.

The Kosovan-born player holds Swedish nationality and played for the Scandinavian country in the recent UEFA European U-17 Championship. He was also involved with the Liverpool side which lifted the FA Youth Cup last year.
