Leeds United have been linked with a possible swoop for Ipswich Town skipper Matt Holland.
With midfield duo Lee Bowyer and Olivier Dacourt expected to leave the club, this would leave boss O'Leary rather thin in midfield.
Recent reports suggest that O'Leary will battle it out with Villa and Spurs for Holland who would probably cost around £7million.
