Holland is apparently keen to go out on loan to regain his match sharpness after being out of the Charlton side for some time and with several midfielders just one booking away from a ban, Kevin Blackwell is looking to strengthen that area as a priority.
Leeds are also short on the right hand side of midfield, with Steve Stone still out with an Achilles injury until at least the New Year and a move for Liverpool's Potter, who is keen to gain first-team experience, could provide a solution in the short term.
