Kandol said on the Barnet website: "I am very sorry to be leaving Underhill but I am sure the fans will appreciate that this is a good career move for me. It is good for me and good for the club. I hope I will settle there."
Barnet chairman Tony Kleanthous added: "In the end, Tresor felt the opportunity was too good to turn down, and I reluctantly had to agree that it could be in his best interests."
