Blackburn, Millwall, Chester and Barnet all had suspended fines hanging over them from the 2005/06 season.

Bolton, Leeds (fined £15k (£30k suspended), West Brom, Huddersfield, Accrington and Wycombe were fined, with part of the punishment suspended.

Letters of warning were sent to Chelsea, West Ham, Wigan, Ipswich, Queens Park Rangers, Swindon, Brentford, Bradford and Macclesfield.
