He signed for Manchester United in 2005 after coming through the Wimbledon youth scheme, but he has been restricted to just two League Cup appearances for the Red Devils.
He has also made 14 appearances - scoring once - during a loan spell at Nottingham Forest during the first half of the season and he has enjoyed previous short-term moves to Sheffield United, Plymouth, Stoke and Rangers.
